Jake Isaac - Carry You Home (Feat. JP Cooper)

The phenomenal Jake Isaac unveils the first track from his forthcoming War Child EP, in the form of a collaboration with fellow singer-songwriter JP Cooper. I'm absolutely in love with this man's voice at the minute and I can't wait to see him live at the EP's London launch in a few weeks.
