Joe Goddard is genius. His musical wisdom has hit our airwaves numerous times recently, not only as a solo artist with one of the best songs of last year 'Gabriel'; but also as part of The 2 Bears. While Hot Chip take a little break, Goddard is showing no signs on slowing or wavering in the quality of what he creates. His latest venture is this beauty, a remix of Nneka's 'Shining Star'. Fancy seeing the true talent of London based Kings Of The City with the added hype of Charlie Sloth and his overt enthusiasm? Look no further. Ali Bla Bla, Kayo Ken and singer Danny Wilder, go hard on this 11 minute long video, showcasing their talent and ferocity for the music. Going from strength to strength; most recently supporting Maverick Sabre on tour, these boys are going to make it very big, very soon. There's something really refreshing about this band. A brand new sound, tinged with the lusted after vibes of UK Hip-Hop, Blues, Grime and Rock n Roll, KOC are unique and inspiring.

Check out the new video from the genius that is Joker. This tune doesn't pack quite as much of a punch as tracks such as 'The Vision', but it's still a cleverly mastered single with that epic Joker sound. The storyline of the video is very relevant after the past 12 months, too.

It's grimier and darker than 'Are You Not Entertained', but it's what we love Dot for, and he's delivered something that we all wish we were out raving to on this dull Tuesday afternoon. Huxley (AKA Michael Dodman) was brought up on a diet of purely UK and US Garage. He's honed his musical knowledge into an absolute talent to create deep, dark House music. Swimming around the house scene for the past two years, Huxley is coming to the forefront in the UK's current House music flare, mastering music across the genre of House, while also dabbling in Garage.
