Saint Raymond - Carry Her Home
Boy Scout - Bitter Blue
Following on from their enchanting debut single ‘Get Me By’, electronic singer/producer duo Boy Scout this week mark their return with yet more mesmerising sounds from their lo-fi studio set-up. Entitled 'Bitter Blue', what is only the second track to surface from the mysterious London duo, sees the pair further cement comaparions between the likes of James Blake and Aquilo, this time showcasing a more driven and synth heavy sound, yet one that stills allows the vocal space to breathe. Boy Scout’s producer half also tells how ‘Bitter Blue’ was the spark that set their musical journey alight. He explains, “We were both talking about how easy it is to get caught in this cyclical, adolescent and unfulfilling lifestyle. The track was kind-of a homage to our combined regrets of the last few years.”

Boy Scout - Get Me By
After teasing brief clips on BBC Introducing and Radio 6 Music, fledgling electronic duo Boy Scout have finally arrived fully formed presenting their ambient debut single 'Get Me By', which merges modernity with tradition to create an atmospheric soundscape reminiscent of both elements of folk and low-fi electronica - fans of Aquilo and London Grammar, enjoy.
JP Cooper - Satellite
Ahead of his co-headline gig with George The Poet at Scala on October 13th, JP Cooper has dropped a new track entitled 'Satellite'. One of the most unique and exciting live performers I have seen in 2014 - get your tickets HERE.
Caitlyn Scarlett - Jurassic Jukebox & Other Drugs
Cool, sexy and talented - those are just three of the words I would use to describe the wonderful Caitlyn Scarlett, who I was introduced to last night thanks to Sofar Sounds x SME in Hackney, where she played alongside Context and George The Poet. Check out Caitlyn's debut EP below, and keep an eye out for this name in the coming months...
Lewis Watson - Stay (Official Video)
Official visuals for the lead single from Lewis Watson's forthcoming debut album 'The Morning', which is set to be released on June 16th. You can pre-order HERE.
Joel Baker - Every Vessel Every Vein
Set for release early next month, singer-songwriter Joel Baker, who you may remember from his collaborations with both Mega and Nick Brewer, has this week unveiled his first single of the new year, which comes in the form of a stunning guitar led folk ballad entitled 'Every Vessel Every Vein'. Once again I can't help, but be astounded at the number of immensely talented UK singer-songwriters coming through the ranks at the moment and mark my words Joel Baker is one of them. If you ever wondered what a young Ben Howard might sound like, this is it.
George Ezra - Coat of Armour
As teenage Folk sensation George Ezra gears up for the release of his second EP, he today unveiled 'Coat of Arms' which will act as one of 4 tracks featured on the Cassy O' EP, due out March 16th. There is nothing about George's voice I don't love and something tells me 2014 is going a massive year for him. Great to see a young British musician unafraid to try something different and do so well because of it.
